We currently ship to countries within the European Union.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment has been received and confirmed.

Please note that orders are processed centrally before being handed over to the delivery carrier.

Estimated delivery times

Germany and Switzerland: usually 3 to 5 business days in total

Austria: usually 2 to 4 business days in total

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping carrier and tracking

Orders are delivered with tracking. Tracking information becomes available once the shipment has been handed over to the delivery carrier.

Final delivery in Germany is handled via DHL.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Delays

Delays may occur due to high order volumes, public holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

For deliveries within the European Union, no additional import duties or customs charges are typically due upon delivery.
