Refund policy
We accept returns and refunds for unopened products within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened, unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at robert [at] breign.de. Returns must be requested and approved before being sent back. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
If your return request is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Opened products cannot be returned for health protection reasons. This applies in particular to dietary supplement products once their seal or original packaging has been opened after delivery.
We also do not accept returns for gift cards.
If you have questions about whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before opening the product.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to order a different item, please contact us first regarding the return of your unopened product. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order separately.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, and proof of purchase is required.
Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
